Gregory L. Williams, Jr. leverages a varied and diverse skill set across multiple legal disciplines to deliver exceptional results in estate planning, estate administration, guardianship, and elder law. These practice areas frequently intersect with probate law, real estate law, business law, and financial transactions, requiring a multidisciplinary approach. Gregory’s broad experience enables him to anticipate challenges and craft comprehensive strategies that address personal, family, and financial complexities—ensuring clients receive seamless, effective guidance designed to protect their interests and achieve lasting peace of mind.

Graduating early from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law with his Juris Doctor, Gregory went on to work at a high level in both the public and private sectors covering a range of issues. These included handling criminal matters as a senior law clerk in the governor’s office, advising Fortune 500 companies with complex regulated transactions, managing and overseeing a $300 million business development program for the State of Ohio, and as a partner in Big Law. This comprehensive background enables him to navigate and provide guidance on a broad spectrum of legal issues, catering to the varied needs of his clients.

With a profound understanding of the sensitive nature surrounding discussions about incapacity and mortality, Gregory prioritizes comprehensive estate planning to prepare for life’s uncertainties. Through meticulous crafting of estate plans, he offers clients a sense of security, allowing them to fully embrace and enjoy present moments with loved ones without the burden of future uncertainties. 

Additionally, Gregory adeptly navigates the intricate probate process, providing compassionate support during conversations about death and facilitating the proper honoring of departed loved ones’ lives and legacies while streamlining legal complexities.

Outside of the office, Gregory enjoys spending time with his wife, Rhyan, their four daughters, Sophia, Penelope, Daphne, and Aria, and their two dogs, Dice and Drake (short for Dracarys from GoT, not the rapper). He also enjoys various types of strength, endurance, and cross-training.
